Clonmore Lodge is a family run enterprise in business for over 40 years. The lodge sits amidst rolling fields with fantastic views of the lush countryside framed by the majestic Atlantic seaboard. It's far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the perfect place to relax after enjoying the many tourist attractions all around. You'll see many points of historical interest in the immediate vicinity and we'd be glad to sit down with you and explain the stories behind them.

Ideally situated on the Wild Atlantic Way to explore West County Clare. We are a 2 min drive from the local beach. For the younger visitors, there are playgrounds nearby. Just a 5 min drive to the popular Spanish Point beach. A 20 min drive to Lahinch (Surf City), 35 mins north to the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren GeoPark, or 30 mins drive south to the spectacular Loophead Peninsula. Only a 1 Hour drive from Shannon Airport, just head west until you reach the Ocean! There are numerous restaurants close by ranging from Cafes through to higher end establishments. The 1st Saturday in July signals the start of the famous Willie Clancy Irish Traditional Music Festival though you will find music sessions in most of the local pubs during the summer. Or just take to the quiet country roads from our lodge for a leisurely stroll or jog and take in the beautiful expansive sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic.
