This is my family home where I live and I have three spacious private bedrooms including a shared comfortable large wet room and a private lounge for guests to enjoy if they wish. If you book a bedroom I could have other guest(s)s as I have three private bedrooms available for guests to book from, so please don’t think you are getting the full house or comment negatively that there was other people staying, it’s a family home and not a hostel. Each bedroom is provided with a large screen smart tv, tea, coffee, milk etc, and our complementary spring still water. I also provide fresh towels and linen. Each room has window black out blinds for extra comfort. Great big garden and plenty of private parking for your car or campervan. This is not a hostel and is a typical Irish family home. I live onsite and have my own separate private bathroom. I don’t charge 5star prices so don’t expect that, but I do provide a very comfortable experience at an unbeatable price in my lovely home for you to enjoy your stay. I ask respectfully for quiet hours between 21:30 and 06:00 and children are kept under adult supervision at all times. Quiet hours doesn't mean you cant check in after 21:30, of course you can, but I just ask you to be mindful of other guests sleeping.

Perfect for weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, local weddings , or cozy home base while exploring everything the region has to offer. Unbeatable location. Dublin airport is 25 min away, bus stop outside the gate serving Dublin City/Louth/Meath Ideal location to explore Ireland’s Ancient East . Plenty of private parking
