Property info

The house was built by my late husband in 1989 and we've lived here with our 3 daughters ever since. We have 3 rooms en suite for offer, all with towels, fresh linen, and tea-making facilities. Each bed has been fitted with a new memory-foam mattress and pillows in May this year so you're sure to get a perfect night's sleep! Our communal living room has a 42" flat screen tv, a dvd player, dvds, and a selection of books to read, available to all guests. There is Wi-Fi for free, accessible in every room. Our house lies on 20 acres of private farmland offering spectacular views of Kenmare Bay and the Gleninchaquin mountain range across the water. Our large patio allows guests to sit out on the garden furniture, admire the view, and breath in that quintessentially fresh Irish air. If you're up early enough, you'll hear the dawn chorus of the birds waking up in their nests in the hundreds of trees growing on the surrounding land!

We are in the centre of the village of Templenoe, a quaint hamlet with a Roman Catholic Church, a restaurant, and a beach in the vicinty. Our road runs parallel to the prestigious Ring of Kerry Golf Club - available to members and guests. We are on the Ring of Kerry road, and lie on the route of the designated Kerry Way walkways. We're 4km from the centre of Kenmare town and have spectacular, panoramic views of Kenmare Bay and the mountain range of Gleninchaquin Park across the water. Coss Strand is a 10 minute walk from our front door - a beautiful beach perfect for your evening stroll.
