Newly renovated, modern three bedroom house located 15 walk into town of Kenmare, known for award winning restaurants, traditional pubs, shops and art galleries. Excellent location for Kenmare and to explore surrounding area such as the Wild Atlantic way and the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. The Ring of Kerry and Kenmare Golf Club are within a short drive. Private garden. Parking available. 4G Wifi. 43 in Smart TV. The space consists of a porch with area to hang coats, a spacious hallway, modern downstairs toilet and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. As well as utensils, cook and table ware. Patio doors lead to a lawned garden, a patio area with a garden bench. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one single room. All with build in wardrobes. There is also a bathroom and an ensuite shower room.
