One of the most spiritual and beautiful places in Ireland. Loughcrew House and Gardens are a 17th and 19th Century Irish landscape steeped in compelling history, with numerous scenic gardens and pleasure walks to enjoy. Home to the St. Oliver Plunkett Family Church, the central six-acre expanse was restored by generations of designers leading back to Charles Robert Cockerell, an innovator of neo-classical architecture. Price is the rental of the entire property.
There is normally somebody on site at all times and if you are need of any assistance you will be given a mobile number on booking to get in contact.
We have the beautiful Lime Tree Cafe just 2 minutes down the road with fresh and home made delicious food. You can also go on a walk around the historical gardens and fairy trail and see St. Oliver Plunketts church. Loughcrew Cairns are just 5 minutes away where you can see the beautiful Loughcrew cairns and surrounding area. Oldcastle is just 7 minutes away and it has shops and cafe, hairdressers, pubs and takeaways. You can walk up to the the Loughcrew Cairns. We do guided walks of Loughcrew Estate and there are the beautiful Loughcrew gardens down at the Lime Tree Cafe which you can explore.
