There's a ground-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There’s a kitchen/diner, equipped with an oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, alongside a sitting room with electric fire. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a wraparound garden with lawn and gravel, and off-road parking available. 2 well behaved pets welcome. No smoking.
