She has travelled extensively for both business and pleasure and has developed exacting standards when it comes to accommodation and service. Converting Seafort into a luxury guesthouse has been a labour of love and her impeccable taste and design flair, combined with attention to detail and her community spirit combine to make a unique waterside retreat. The 'Seafort' sausage has been specially created by her local butcher and the artwork in the bedrooms was created by local artists.
