You will experience the hospitality of Frank and Marian Sheedy throughout your stay. The morning breakfast consists of a full cold Buffet and an array of gourmet choices from the kitchen, all baked and prepared on site, ingredients which are sourced from local Clare providers. Sheedy’s Doolin has the most up to date and attractive rooms and furnishings

Frank and Marian Sheedy are from the local area and are experienced in the hospitality industry. Frank trained as a Chef in Galway GMIT and Marian as a Hotel Manager. For the past twelve years, they have welcomed guests to their previous business Roadford House Restaurant and Accommodation. Their dream was always to build and operate their own business in the heart of Doolin. They are extremely proud to announce that in early 2019 they opened Sheedy’s Doolin. This boutique B&B is the result of years of planning and has all of the most up-to- date features and amenities. Sheedy’s Doolin has been ranked #3 Best B&B in Ireland for 2021. After just one short year of opening, they were awarded “Highly Commended B&B of the year 2020” by Georgina Campbell, Irish Food & Hospitality Award. This surreal moment was shortly followed by “Ireland’s 100 Best Places to Stay 2020” from the McKenna’s Guide, and then winners of the “Irish Breakfast Award 2020” by Ireland’s Guide in 2020.

There is so much to do in Doolin that a one night stay simply is not enough time so book two or three nights. You have the Cliffs of Moher hiking trail, Cliffs Cruise, day trips to the Aran Islands, drive the R477 coast road via Black Head, visit the Burren region and espicially Burren Perfumery, experience the nightly traditional music session on all three pubs just a few mins from us. Many different dining options all within a walking distance. Craft shops in plentiful showcasing the best of Irish Crafts.
