I love meeting people and have lived and worked in London UK for many years and also NYC for a number of years so US visitors will receive a great welcome to my home, and of course complimentary wines are provided in rooms for guests to relax and settle in to their surroundings.
Property info
Sheahan's Town Centre Accommodation is my family home for over 125 years and also has Ocean 10 Seafood Restaurant located at street level.
The location in the early days was a noted destination for travelers and visitors to the town to rest and eat good foods and fish was always on the menu as well as other Irish staples such as 'Bacon & Cabbage' etc.
I have returned from US to refurbish and upgrade the house and I look forward to hosting visitors from US and Europe in my home.
We have great en-suite rooms available for guests and great fresh fish choices on the menu also.
We also offer choice selection of beers and wines included with meals.
I look forward to welcoming my guests myself to my home in the coming 2018season.
Neighborhood info
Kenmare town is a very safe place to stay and we are central to all local amenities including local bars and nearby stores.
We have Ocean10 Seafood Restaurant located at at street level at our location at the lower end of Main Street and next to AIB Bank.
The local bus stop is located a short distance away on Main Street which provides connections with Killarney and Cork City and further destinations.
Kenmare Pier is just a short walk (10 minutes) away and is a must visit for all visitors to Kenmare.
Both Catholic and Anglican Church's are located nearby.
