Unwind at this beautiful renovated 1850s stone house with sweeping views of the Boyne Valley and Bru Na Boinne (Newgrange UNESCO Site) The space Strictly No Pets/Parties. No smoking inside the house. Guest access house via lock box. Strictly check in 3 pm onwards Check out 11 am . All 5 bedrooms are upstairs, sleep 10, consists of 2 large kings , 2 large double ,1 with 2 single beds.Please be aware that the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those requiring wheelchair access Downstairs consists of a large fully equipped kitchen/ dining room , separate sitting room with electric fire and also a play room for children. There is a wc downstairs and large laundry room with washing machine/ tumble dyer for guests to use. USB/USBC ports in kitchen and all bedrooms. There are stone walls around the house with no rails and various heights , children will need to be supervised at all times. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house , private garden and parking area. No shared spaces- enjoy full privacy throughout your stay. Guest have no access beyond the boundary walls. There is also no access to the garage or storage room upstairs.
