The Glen Farmhouse is over 300 years old, over the years it has been updated and renovated but has still retained it's old character and charm. It is situated in a rural farming community nestled inbetween the mountains on the N22 road with beautiful mountain views, yet only a 10 minute drive into Killarney and a 7 minute drive to the Cork border. The River Flesk runs down the back of the property and is known as one of the best salmon fishing rivers in the country.

We are married with 2 grown up children working abroad. We are animal lovers with 1 spaniel and 2 cavapoos, and like to go for long walks around the famous Killarney National Park. I like a spot of gardening, crosswords, puzzles, DIY and arts and crafts. I love our location as we have the best of both worlds, we're not far from Killarney if we fancy a night out and bit of Craic, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside were we live.

We live in a rural farming community, where you can go hiking/walking or cycling in and around the mountains.

Coming from the Cork direction, The Glen Farmhouse are on the main N22 Cork/Killarney road. You will pass a left hand turnoff for Kenmare; the farmhouse are exactly 1.2 mi from this junction and on the left hand side of the N22 road.

Coming from the Killarney direction, take the N22 Cork road, drive until you reach a Top Petrol Station (O'Briens petrol station) and Church. From here the farmhouse are located 1.7 miles (1.7 mi) past the petrol station, on the right side of the N22 road.
