"The Iveragh" overlooks Kenmare Bay from an elevated vantage point above the Ring of Kerry Golf Club. Prepare to be blown away by the stunningly beautiful panoramic views to the Caha Mountains on the opposite side of the bay. At night the waters of the estuary sparkle like diamonds as the current ebbs and flows to the Atlantic Ocean. Here you will wake to the unique sound of the cuckoo and the dawn chorus each morning. The large windows frame a vista which is ever changing, always interesting. The house is a spacious 5 bedroom property (all with private ensuite), open plan living, leading to the outdoor living space, with wicker dining furniture and egg chairs to lounge on as you soak in the magnificent views across Kenmare Bay and the Ring of Kerry Golf Club. It is all about location and The Iveragh does not disappoint in this regard. Kenmare is a wonderful town with Artisan specialty shops, Coffee shops, Giftware, Galleries, a harbour and pier, beaches, walks, 2 Golf Clubs and much more.

"The Iveragh" is a fantastic location from where guests can explore the Iveragh peninsula (where we borrow the name), and the Beara Peninsula. One can go walking in so many directions and from here to connect with the Kerry Way Hiking Trail. Coss Beach (turn left at the gate) is a 25 minute downhill walk from the property. And Templenoe Pier is a similar distance if you turn right at the front gate.
