Our predecessors motto ‘The Courage to Dare and the Faith to Do’ has inspired us to undertake this major change in our lives. We have recently moved back to Ireland and to Valhalla. We fell in love with this place the first time we saw it. No doubt you will too! We would love to share our home with you and help you enjoy this very special place. Jens is a vegetarian ‘Hamburger’ and Barry is originally from Dublin. Barry has lived in Germany for the last 26 years. We decided it was time to do something new with our lives. So here we are! With a background in aviation and administration, we are now embarking on a new chapter of our life story. Come and be a part of it! We both speak English and German fluently. Feel at home with us.

Neighborhood info

Located directly on the Ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way, Valhalla overlooks the Beara Peninsula and the magnificent Kenmare Bay – Eircode V93 T266. The Ring of Kerry golf club and restaurant is just down the road and has to have the best golf club views ever! We are located 10 km from Kenmare and 16 km from Sneem. Kenmare is a colourful town with lots to offer including crafts, theatre, galleries and a large choice of restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets. A car is highly recommended
