To complete the experience, enjoy two spacious sun balconies (facing North and South), ensuring you can enjoy the breeze, breathtaking sunsets, and fresh air at any time of day. The master suite is an architectural dream: featuring soaring 3.5-meter ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a rare sense of freedom and luxury. This is the perfect place to unwind, disconnect, and feel on top of the world.

The apartment is situated in a prime location in Be'er Sheva, directly opposite the Soroka Medical Center (just across the street), making it the perfect solution for patients' families, medical staff, or visitors to the nearby Ben-Gurion University. The neighborhood is vibrant and offers everything you need within a short walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and accessible public transport to all parts of the city. Despite the central location, the apartment itself (on the 15th floor) offers absolute quiet and seclusion, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
