דירת נופש חדשה. רמת נקיון גבוהה מאוד. התמונות משקפות בדיוק את מקום הארוח אשר זכה בציון הגבוה ביותר באתר בוקינג. מיקום הדירה מעולה ומאפשר הליכה ברגל לטיילת אילת לקניון ולחוף הים. בסמיכות לדירה קיים מרכז קניות ובית כנסת. הדירה היא דירת קרקע עם חצר פרטית. בחצר יש ג'קוזי מפואר ומפנק פינת ישיבה נעימה ומיטת שיזוף, בחצר ניתן לעשות ברביקיו להנאתכם. הריהוט בדירה וכלי המטבח חדשים ונקיים כך גם המצעים והמגבות . בכל הדירה קיים חיבור לאינטרנט והטלוויזיה הינה בכבלים. חל איסור מוחלט על עישון בתוך הדירה, אם תבחרו לעשן ניתן רק ואך ורק בחצר. כמובן שכל הדירה ממוזגת ונעימה ואנחנו תמיד שמחים לקבל אתכם בהמון אהבה...
אנחנו שומרים על רמת נקיון גבוה וקפדנית בכל הקשור לפנים הדירה מתקניה וכמובן הג'קוזי.
מספר דגשים: קיים מקלט שנמצא חצי קומה מעל הדירה, המשמעות היא שיוצאים מהדירה עולים 15 מדרגות ומגיעים למקלט. לוקח חצי דקה אף פחות. לגבי חנייה: אם חשוב לכם להיכנס לדירה דרך הקרקע ללא שימוש במדרגות יש להגיע לרחוב ברקת 17, לא תמיד יש חנייה פנויה ברחוב אבל 300 מטר קדימה תמצאו חנייה. במידה ותירצו חנייה שברוב הפעמים פנויה וקרובה יותר תיצטרכו להשתמש בחדר המדרגות כדי להיכנס לדירה ואז יש חנייה צמודה והכניסה אליה היא באמצעות קוד אישי לשער חשמלי אשר תוחם את כל מתחם דירות הנופש.
