A beautiful apartment in a residential tower, It is well located in the city, Adjacant to the Concert hall and Theatre Center, few minutes walk from Soroka medical center and Ben Gurion university. Easy access to public transportation, Private indoor parking space is included. There are some restaurants and other retail services on street level. The apartment has a great balcony with open view, lots of light and air, upgraded brand new kitchen with new appliances. It also has new water and drier.
My Husband and I are on retierment. We spend our time with our beloved family, children and grand children. We also have other hobbies such as listening to music, sport, traveling, reading books and etc.. We love to host guests and give them the filling like they are at home.
The center of Beer Sheva, Walking distance to Soroka Medical Center, City Hall, Concert hall and Ben Gurion University.
