A villa with a pool, single level house, designed by professional architects with a cozy vibe and relaxing mood. The villa includes a game room with a pool table, a PlayStation 4, and a dart board. Under-floor heating. Quiet neighborhood. A beautiful house near a beautiful nature reserve. הוילה נגישה לנכים על כסא גלגלים יש רמפה בכניסה שניתן להיכנס דרך הסלון לווילה ללא מדרגות בקומת הקרקע יש 3 חדרי שינה סלון ושתי שירותים נגישים לנכים
פרפקט וילה היא וילה מושלמת לאירוח. אזורים נגישים לאורחים. הגישה חופשית לכל החדרים והגינה של הוילה. עם בריכה פרטית לוילה. יש גישה לחדר משחקים ואין אורחים נוספים בו זמנית בוילה. בוילה יש 9 חדרי שינה מרווחים שכל חדר מתאים ל3 עד 4 אורחים בכל חדר יש מיטה זוגיות וכל חדר ניתן לאייש למינימום שני אורחים. שינוים בחלוקת החדרים יהיו בהסכמה משותפת מול פרפקט וילה לא ניתן לערוך מסיבות בוילה, ולא ניתן להפעיל מוזיקה ומנגל ביום שבת קודש. דברים נוספים שכדאי לדעת הבריכה מחוממת וכיפית מאוד מגיעה עד 33 מעלות ניתן להזמין ארוחות עד פתח הווילה בתיאום מול המארחת יש תפריט עשיר ומגוון של ארוחות עשירות ומפנקות. נשמח מאוד לארח אתכם, מחכים לכם צוות פרפקט וילה :-)
שכונה שקטה ונוחה וילה פינתית שנמצאת באזור חדש הכי יוקרתי בבאר שבע. בסביבה פסטורלית.
