Our fully-equipped, 2 bedroom house is everything you need to relax and feel right at home. Our newly renovated and furnished house with its spacious seating area, fully equipped kitchen will make you forget you're simply visiting. Majdal Shams is a rural village in the high mountains of the Golan Heights. It’s incredibly beautiful, authentic, calm and peaceful. Majdal Shams a unique village, with a unique flavor and a unique vibe, where the houses are large and the streets are narrow and where the hearts always beat for Majdal Shams. Explore the village, walk or take the car to the centre, 1km away and enjoy tasting different food and sweets. there's also fresh grounded coffee for you to taste and take home. The surrounding of Majdal Shams are family farmlands, where apples, cherry, olive trees and many more vegetables and fruits are grown. We also recommend you visit the farmers market near Lake Ram to buy fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, and homemade delicious goods.
We are very fortunate in our family to have a beautiful home in a great location in the suburbs of Majdal shams. We put our heart and soul in maintaining the house well organized, neat and comfortable for our guests. We’d love the opportunity to earn your trust and show you our hosting manners and kindness and help you in anything you could need. We also invite our guests to the family farmland for picking seasonal fruits, apples, cherries, figs and even more.
If you love walking around and discovering the rural sides of the village, you will differently enjoy walking around in this neighborhood. Although its not the center of the village, you can enjoy a rural experience of walking in the narrow streets between the beautiful houses, eating freshly baked dough with thyme/chilli toppings. The Shouting Hill, a 10 minute walk from the house, is the only place where families from both sides of the ceasefire line used to meet and communicate. The house is located in the eastern side of the village, to get to the western side takes 10 minutes by car or a 20-30 minutes walk. There you can find shopping stores, restaurants and bars, authentic food, and sweets!
