Welcome to "Harei Kinneret" Villa, located in Yavne’el with stunning panoramic views. The spacious 3-story villa includes 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a private heated rooftop pool, BBQ area, dining space, and sunbeds. The lower garden features a spa Jacuzzi, ping pong table, and a relaxing lounge area. Perfect for families or couples, the villa accommodates up to 18 guests. Our stunning villa spans 3 levels and offers the perfect vacation experience for families and groups – accommodating up to 18 guests. **The villa includes 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, arranged as follows:** **Entrance Level:** A spacious living room with a large sofa and an 80-inch TV, 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds (one is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom), an additional shared bathroom in the hallway, and a children's bedroom with 2 pull-out bunk beds and an extra pull-out bed (sleeps 6 children). The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, water dispenser, microwave, electric kettle, hot plate, urn, cookware, serving dishes, and a dining area. There's also access to a balcony with a cozy seating area. **Second Floor:** 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (one has a balcony), a third bedroom with a double bed and balcony, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. There’s an additional shared bathroom in the hallway. All rooms have 50-inch TVs. **Top Floor (Rooftop):** Private heated swimming pool (2x4 meters), gas BBQ area, mini fridge, sink, and large seating area. A steel security door ensures child safety. **Lower Garden:** An 18m² garden with a luxurious spa Jacuzzi for up to 8 people, ping pong table, lounging area, and a pleasant space to relax. For your peace of mind, the villa includes a private safe room (Mamad).

Nearby, you'll discover a range of attractions for the whole family, including ATV and jeep tours, horseback riding, nature trails, and breathtaking views of the Sea of Galilee and the surrounding area.
