The complex includes a villa and two guest suites. The villa is spread over three levels: On the lower level there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 bedrooms include a double bed, one of which is a master bedroom with an en-suit. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a living room with a sofa that opens into a double bed and a TV, as well as an additional bathroom in the hallway. Each bedroom includes a TV and bedside cabinets. This level also features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, cookware and serving dishes, coffee, coffee machine, water bar, and a dining area suitable for up to 12 guests. The living room opens onto a balcony with a seating area. This level also includes a private yard with a heated swimming pool (6×3 m, approx. 1.20 m deep), a bar, charcoal BBQ and seating areas. One of the bedrooms also serves as a reinforced security room On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom. The living room includes a sofa bed that opens into a double bed, and a TV. Each bedroom has a TV and bedside cabinets, and it is possible to add up to 2 extra mattresses. This level also has a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, electric cooktop, kettle, cookware and serving dishes, coffee, and a dining area. The living room opens onto a balcony with a seating area. The third level is a rooftop featuring a swimming pool (7×3 m, approx. 1.20 m deep), a BBQ station. In addition, there are 3 guest suites built as studio units. Each suite includes a double bed, TV, bathroom, dresser, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle and basic kitchenware. The shared courtyard includes seating areas. One suite has a sofa that opens into a double bed, and another has a sofa that opens into a single bed. can accommodate up to 25 guests.

In Neve Zohar you’ll find a variety of local services for your convenience, including a minimarket, café, gas station, free parking, and easy access to the Dead Sea beach. In addition, a synagogue is about a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is about a 4-minute drive away. In the surrounding area you can enjoy desert hiking trails, spectacular viewpoints over the Dead Sea and the Judean Desert mountains, as well as various activities such as jeep tours, cycling, and guided tours (by prior arrangement). The area also offers unique nature sites such as Nahal Bokek, Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, Masada, and the Dargot Cliffs. You can also visit nearby Arad, where you’ll find local restaurants, galleries, and a distinctive desert atmosphere.
