The villa is perfect for families and groups looking for a private getaway with shared gathering spaces, a swimming pool, spa jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, billiards table, ping pong table, and seating areas facing the view. Suitable for vacations, group stays, and hosting up to 20 guests. The villa is spread over 2 floors and includes 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms include a double bed and 2 single beds, one bedroom includes a double bed and 3 single beds, and an additional bedroom includes a double bed and a bunk bed. Four of the bedrooms are located on the entrance floor, and one additional bedroom is located on the lower guest unit level. One of the bedrooms is a protected room (Mamad). The villa includes 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are attached to the bedrooms. The living room includes a sofa, armchairs, and a 65-inch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, kettle, water bar, microwave, gas stove, cooking utensils, and serving utensils. For religious guests, a hot plate and Shabbat urn are available. In the private outdoor area, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool (5x10 meters), covered during winter and fenced, a spa jacuzzi for up to 8 guests, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and 2 refrigerators, a BBQ area, ping pong table, billiards table, sound system, and seating areas. The villa can accommodate up to 20 guests.
