The single bedroom apartments are located in a building surrounded by plenty of greenery/ trees yet so near to all the amenities like Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Barber, Juice Bars etc. (all within 100 meters) and Beach is at a distance of around 750 meters. Dedicated, fully secured parking is available for car, bike or cycle.

Ideal place for guests looking for peaceful yet adventurous holidays away from the crowds in the heart of South Goa.

Neighborhood is is a happening place with plenty of Bars & Restaurants serving variety of cuisines catering to different pockets. Colva Beach is 2.5 km's and Margao City is 3 Km's. There are number of Night clubs, Bistros etc. for those who like to shake their leg.
