I am into a I.T business from past 18 years this new venture is exciting and I am serious about it. Property is unique because it feels like your in outskirts being in centre of the city. Lot of open space to hang around.

New Property with good Natural light & Breeze. Easy approach for airport,park and holy places. A.J hospital is almost a 1.5km away. Guest can make use of the terrace for an open terrace kitchen with a prior permission of the host. Wash area is provided on terrace for a eazy access. Parking available for one vehicle at a parking lot if u have more vehicle then it can be parked out side our property where plenty of space available

Aikya is located in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. It's Unique surrounded by natural light and breeze .For those who wants to be with nature can get up early and get to see a family of peacock.For the morning walk I suggest to visit Kadri park which is hardly a km away from our place and use a jogging track. It's a place where you will love to stay for long .A.J hospital and some major hospital,park,mall,holy places are within a radius of 3km
