“The property is situated in Lebong, a valley approximately 1,000 feet (300 meters) below Darjeeling town in West Bengal, India. It is approximately 8 kilometers from the Mall, which is the central location of Darjeeling. The valley is renowned for its racecourse. The 11th Gorkha Rifles regiment is located just 100 meters away from the property, and it is also the site where the initial tea plantations of the Darjeeling hills began in the 1850s. Additionally, Lebong is famous for the Gorkha stadium. Other notable places in Lebong include Golai Bazaar, Lebong Cricket Bazaar, Lebong viewpoint, Pubsiling viewpoint, the oldest monastery in Darjeeling, and the oldest Shiva temple.
