This is a spacious first floor Apartment with large balconies set in walled complex called Sapana Exotica with 24hours gated security. This luxury apartment is ideal for a family /friends. Maximum for 4 guests. Extra 2 guests can be accommodated at additional charges. Apartment boasts beautiful pool view. The interiors of our Holiday home provide a homely and cozy relaxed feel to the home. The complex has large swimming pool. Its lush landscaped gardens offer you a space of your own to lounge in. Pentagon Bar and Restaurant is across the road. Famous Martins Corner is located 1km away from the apartment. Guests can enjoy the morning walk at beach enjoying the sunrise and water sports at Majorda beach during the day. The scene of sun setting in Arabian Sea is spectacular. Apartment is surrounded with greenery and gives a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Margao market is 5 kms away. Bus shuttle from Majorda to Margao is at every 15 minutes.
