I love hosting people and love to share stories and the space with the guests. I have studied commerce, and have also done my Law from Delhi University. I prefer Hosting guests as you see happy faces as opposed to sad faces in the Law field. I have a keen interest in Science and Spirituality and have read upteen books on the subject, Favourite books are Autobiography of Yogi, conversation with god. I write a blog at amitparwal dot com. The blog is about my journey of realisation that the world is akin to a dream and it is through meditation that we can know experientially the dream nature of this reality. I am aware of the privacy needs of the guests and am invisible unless needed by the guest for a quick chat or guidance. I am always available on whatsapp. I love Music, technology, science stuff and like being close to nature. My wife Shubha helps in managing the property in my absence.

The property is an old property made sometime in the year 1960's. It went from being a College of vocational studies to a home and then was renovated and converted into a Bed and Breakfast in 2018. The Property is centrally located near Connaught Place in Gole Market area. Most of the Tourist destinations in Delhi are nearby within 20 min driving distance. Airport Metro station is also a 15 minute walk. The property has a total of 4 rooms at present on the Ground Floor. All the rooms have an attached Exclusive patio ( External open area ) where you can smoke or just chill out. The property is surrounded by huge trees and there is a constant chirping of Birds thus giving the feeling of being in a Nature resort. Guests love the property for its central location, greenary and amazing peace and quietness. The property has fast and free wifi and an outdoor Garden seating as well. The property has a small and limited cafe serving basic tea, coffee, limited snacks etc. Guests can also order food from outside ( we can help to order ). Also there are many restaurents at a 3 minute walking distance. We prefer cash. We can also help to exchange currency through a nearby currency dealer. The rates are generally better than airport rates. We also accept master card, Visa. ( International cards are charged in the currency of the card. )

The neighborhood consists of around 18 bungalows. This is a corner bungalow with a big garden surrounded by peepal trees. Feels like a resort once you are inside. The patio is a place where you can hear chirping of birds and smoke if you want. The property is close to R. K ashram Marg Metro Station and is also close to Shivaji Stadium Airport Metro Station ( 15 min walk ).
