Our place is a quiet, comfortable home set in the peaceful surroundings of Leh. It’s a simple setup with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. The views are great, the air is fresh, and you're never too far from local spots. We’re less than 200 meters from the famous Leh Market close enough to walk there easily, but just far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. It’s a convenient and calm place to stay while you explore the real Ladakh at your own pace.
Hi, I am Sonam, and I served in the Indian Army with the Ladakh Scouts for many years. After retiring, I came back home to start this place and welcome travellers to the land I know best. Ladakh has a lot to offer, and I’m happy to help you find your way around, whether it’s local food, a good trekking route, or just a quiet corner to take in the mountains. I’ve seen this region in every season, and I enjoy sharing it with people who want to understand it beyond just the tourist trail.
The house is located almost in the city center, making it easy to explore Leh on foot. Major attractions like Leh Palace, Namgyal Tsemo Monastery, Gompa Soma, Karzoo Pond, and Shanti Stupa are all within walking distance. We're also close to Chu-tey Rantak , the famous bakery street known for its breads. Whether you're heading out for sightseeing or just a stroll through town, everything is nearby and easy to reach.
