Please read carefully before confirming * The villa is located in Pallivasal, 6 kms from main centre. * Our villa is uniquely located inside a working tea colony, where generations of tea estate workers have built their homes close to the plantations. The surroundings reflect the simple, hardworking life of the community, with small houses and narrow lanes that may remind one of a typical labor settlement. However, the views are nothing short of breathtaking. Villa is neatly maintained, overlooking endless stretches of mist-covered hills, the serene landscape which provides a peaceful retreat. * The villa is around 300 meters away from Highway. Kindly note that parking will be in the main road side which is safe and secure .There is a caretaker who is full time available, he will arrange pick up and drop, luggage drop, food delivery etc. The villa is at walkable distance from the main road. We will arrange auto for transportation. * The property is partitioned into two separate villas. One is 4 bedroom and another is 2 bedroom. 4 bedroom has 2 rooms with full glass view of the valley. 2 bedrooms has with full glass view of the valley. * Check-in 2:00PM, Check-out 11:00AM * Food is available on pre order. Please find the menu attached with the message. BBQ facility is available. *Campfire is not available due to safety issues. * Please do not play music after 10 PM as the place is a residential area. * We recommend you park your vehicle in the main road itself because the road to the villa is very narrow and will be difficult for coming and going each time and just in case of any emergencies.

Our property is 6 kms from Munnar town. As you can see in the pictures, mountain views, valley views are the main attraction.
