Premium luxury Garden Villa with ensuite bathroom. 5 kms from malpe beach and 7 kms from udupi city center. The villa is surrounded with garden and also it has a roof top garden with high security compound wall with multi layers of protection along with CCTV, all the rooms are very spacious r Also available separate outdoor room with attached bathroom for driver/maid and also their is 3 living hall and one dining hall and very spacious fully equipped kitchen room. it is 2800 sq feet of ground floor house. guest can enjoy roof top garden and covered area ( around 2000sqfeet) for other activities and entertainment and also roof top open kitchen available for barbeque and other activities
