Only meals and experiences provided by approved StayVista vendors are allowed. - This is a standalone villa near Mandwa Jetty. - Any use of the lawn area involving external furniture, décor, or event setups will incur additional charges. Pricing will be based on the event requirements and guest count, and will be shared upon receiving complete details of the proposed setup. - A refundable cash deposit of Rs. 30,000 for Gardenéa, and Rs. 50,000 each for Gardenéa Collection – 17 BHK and Gardenéa Collection – 12 BHK, will be collected at the time of check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
