We are professional in Homestay business and we have dedicated team to take care of our guest and we take utmost care in the cleaning and sanitize our villa. We have 5 high end villas range from 3 bedrooms to more than 6 bedroom and capacity from 2 person to 30 person. All our villas are fully furnished with 24 hrs. water and electricity with backup generators and also available 24 hrs. hot and cold-water supply

OUR PROPERTY IS LICENSED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA UNDER THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT The location from katapadi national highway junction 4kms ( 5 min drive) from malpe beach 16/18kms ( 30 min drive). from mattu beach 8 kms ( 15 min drive). from manipal 8 kms ( 12 min drive) from udupi city 7kms ( 10 min drive) it's a fully furnished high end villa with all the amenities of a modern villa, all our villa is available with 24 hrs. water and electricity with backup generators in case of power failure. and all our villas are having 24 hrs. of hot and cold-water supply. It's a unique cottage villa built by natural materials like mud & bricks for wall, roofing & floor tiles with fully ventilated rooms for natural breeze of fresh air. We have tried our level best for zero emission of villa and all the interior house is lit with led lights and exterior of the house is lit with solar led lights. It is 3-bedroom cottage villa with ensuite bathrooms & one common bathroom. and all the rooms are airconditioned and we have garden from backside and barbeque & grill area separately. and also has a outdoor play area for children

We are 7 kms away from Udupi city and 4 kms from Katpadi junction, Dendookatte. From the hustle and bustle of city life, the guest will enjoy very peaceful and calm surroundings, Neighbour'd with natural trees and the freshness of quality air. with 100 % zero noise pollution, the guest will enjoy the calm surroundings with a natural view of sunrise, with the mesmerizing sound of birds. We have built a bird's sanctuary with a water fountain and a birds' swimming pool, an open kitchen for small parties, and a children's play area.
