We own and operate 12 apartments in Deecon Valley Complex in Rishikesh since 2014 and our reviews speak the story. All our apartments have fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, gas, microwave etc. All the apartments have air conditioning as well as heating and 24/7 hot and cold running water. The best part is our unique attention to details and hospitality. We believe that our guests are coming home and they must be looked after. All our caretaker Bhaiyas are well trained to assist our guests. Having travelled all over the world, we understand the needs of guests, particularly in the emerging pandemic scenario. Welcome to your huge palatial & fully furnished apartment with fully functional kitchen on Noida Expresss Way, Sector 168 which is at a driving distance of just 15 minutes from India Expo Centre & Art, Noida. This 4 bedroom apartment with 5 balconies can hold large group of upto 15 persons. Our building has 3 lifts and covered parking.Sector 142 and Sector 143 Metro Stations are nearby & connectivity is top most with Uber, Ola & metro all available. Our apartment is ideal for corporate visitors. STRICTLY NO PARTY, NO GET-TOGETHER, NO EVENT, NO DECORATION, NO MUSIC, AND NOISE. -All foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their address/ ID proof before check-in. - Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 1500 per hour. - Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor, even for few minutes, will be treated as an extra person and charges @ Rs 1180 plus GST per person per day along with IDs in advance. However, if the visitor arrives without this procedure, he/she will be treated as unauthorised guests and charged @ Rs. 1500/- plus GST per person. This is for safety of community. - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out. _ Alternate day Housekeeping is complimentary. Daily cleaning is charged Rs. 550/- per day. The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest. House Rules For Pets- Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 1000 per pet per day.
