Property has two master bedrooms one attached and other non attached , drawing room and a dining room and a separate kitchen , property has a sprawling garden of about 2 acres ( 80000 sqft) with apple orchard . To reach the property takes 50 min drive from Srinagar airport with four lanes all throughout, Outside the property area is a street that has a market that includes restaurant, hospital, pharmacies, workshops and couriers. Property is located along the scenic Kreeri Gulmarg Road, gulmarg is approx 45 mins through a scenic route along which is a waterfall known as shrunz fall and is a hidden gem for any explorer . Additionally, serene sunset spots are conveniently nearby, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and reflection. Experience the warmth of Kashmiri hospitality and create unforgettable memories in this tranquil haven.
