The property is ideally situated between two must-visit destinations in the region To the left lies the scenic Mamalakandam area and to the right is the world-famous hill station of Munnar. Staying here allows you to enjoy calm, open surroundings away from Munnar’s traffic, crowds and inflated tourist pricing, while still being close enough for a comfortable and convenient day trip. The home itself is spacious, private and designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The property includes two dedicated rooms with individual access from the lower level, as well as the entire upper floor. Upstairs features a projector room with a PS5 and one of the best sound systems in the region, making it perfect for movie nights, gaming or unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with quality utensils and amenities, allowing you to cook freely without feeling restricted - whether it’s a simple meal or your favourite home-style dishes. Outdoors, the property opens into a landscaped garden filled with greenery, creating a peaceful garden-oasis feel. There is also a spacious outdoor sit-out area where larger groups can relax, cook and enjoy meals together. The garden includes local spice plants and fruit trees, adding to the authentic and natural atmosphere of the stay. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we do have a few house rules. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. If you are using the projector room during these hours, we kindly request that the volume be kept at level 10 or below and that all windows in the room remain closed. If you are travelling with a driver, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the driver’s room accordingly. Should you need additional mattresses, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Home-cooked meals are also available upon request with 24 hours’ notice.

To make your arrival extra welcoming, we provide complimentary snacks stocked in the kitchen for all guests. We also enjoy showing guests around our landscaped outdoor spaces, including our garden where local spices and plants grow naturally - all native to the region and part of everyday life here. In our free time, we love staying active and social. You’ll often find us joining in for a game of football, cricket, or badminton, all of which are available at the property. Whether you prefer quiet moments in nature or shared activities and conversations, we’re always happy to make your stay comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable.

While it may appear slightly away from Munnar at first glance, the area offers plenty to do and makes for a much more relaxed and authentic stay. The property is located just 200 metres from the national highway, making it easy to access without dealing with heavy traffic or noise. Before turning into the property, you’ll find several restaurants within walking distance and a few of them even offer home delivery directly to the property. Daily essentials are never an issue - there is a medical store, grocery shop and multiple supermarkets within 700 metres, along with everything else you might need in the nearby town. Nature lovers especially enjoy the surroundings. There are multiple waterfalls scattered around the area, as well as opportunities for jeep trekking and outdoor exploration. A scenic hill located just 300 metres behind the property offers an easy trekking option with beautiful views. One of the region’s highlights, Flora and Fauna Eco Park, one of the largest eco-parks in the area, is less than 5 kilometres away and is a favourite among families and nature enthusiasts. The neighbourhood itself is quiet, green and welcoming. Guests often enjoy taking peaceful walks through the calm roads, soaking in the lush scenery or strolling less than 50 metres to the nearby river. It’s an ideal setting for those who want to stay close to nature while still having easy access to food, shops and activities - all without the crowds and rush of central Munnar.
