The property is a peaceful farmhouse located 1 km from the Mumbai–Goa Highway, surrounded by fruit plants and greenery. It offers a quiet, private stay while being centrally located in Sindhudurg district. Beaches are about 30 km away, and the railway station is approximately 20 minutes from the property.
