This reclusive private villa is located amidst a 2-acre lush green property, situated 9 KM from Sulthan Bathery town in Wayanad, Kerala. It faces the reserve forest and is surrounded by towering trees and breathtaking nature. The villa offers a tranquil setting to relax and recharge, best suited for those who love raw nature. The property is 8.9 KM (15 minutes drive) from Sulthan Bathery town, Wayanad, Kerala. It is just a 4 hours drive from Bangalore and the nearest Airport is Kannur, which is a 2 hours drive. You can explore Wayanad by road. We can organise a 4 wheel jeep drive upon prior information. Also, just a walk around village surrounding the property is a refreshing experience. There are paddy fields, forests, temples and streams!
