The 4 bedrooms and 5 washrooms provide ample space for guests to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay in the 3000 sq ft area. Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away from Naukuchiatal and 2.5 hours drive from Pantnagar airport, the villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes and a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Layout of home Zephyr by Naukuchiatal boasts a well-thought-out layout, offering a seamless and comfortable living experience. As you approach the house, you'll find a parking area at the back, ensuring easy access for vehicles. Descending from the parking area, flights of stairs lead to the servant's room, providing a separate and functional space for household staff. Inside the home, a central lobby serves as the heart of the house, connecting various sections. The lobby features four doors, leading to three bedrooms, offering a private and cozy retreat for the residents. Additionally, the lobby stairs lead to another bedroom, providing added privacy and space. The home also features a separate dining area for shared meals and gatherings and a balcony that offers a relaxing outdoor space with beautiful views. To ensure convenience and comfort, the home is equipped with separate toilets, enhancing the overall functionality of the house. A Security Deposit of INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.. Please note that due to narrow roads, a tempo traveler cannot reach the property. It is recommended to use an SUV for better access. At a charge of INR 2000, we provide a kitchen and a helper who can prepare home-style food. Groceries are at actual cost.
