Brookside Estate is a 4-bedroom private holiday home located within the Silver Peaks property in the hills of Ranikhet, Uttarakhand. Built as a personal retreat by the Dubey family, the home is designed around open spaces, uninterrupted mountain views, and the peaceful charm of the Kumaon hills. Spread across approximately 12,000 sq. ft., the estate is set across multiple levels, each offering its own unique character. The main house features four ensuite bedrooms, a cosy living room with valley-facing views, and a library nook upstairs for quiet reading. Two additional guest rooms near the entrance provide flexible accommodation for larger groups. Outdoor spaces form the heart of the estate experience, with a large front deck, two landscaped lawns, and a gazebo with stunning Himalayan views.
