The layout is a masterclass in design, featuring four bedrooms, three nestled on the ground floor and one on the first floor, each offering a unique view of the encompassing hills, testament to the property's thoughtful integration with nature. An additional, whimsically designed kids’ bedroom on the ground floor connects to one of the main bedrooms, equipped with a single bed, catering specifically to younger guests. The heart beats strongest in the communal areas - a living room adorned with comfortable seating for gatherings, a dining area that invites intimate meals, and outdoor spaces including a 4000 sq. ft. lawn and inviting verandahs that capture the essence of the landscape. The home also features a cozy library and a TV lounge. BBQ setup can be arranged at Rs 1500, Bonfire is available for Rs. 1000 per hour, Pet charges INR 1000 per pet per day. The guests are welcome to order food from outside. Kitchen charges are Rs. 2500 per day, and groceries would be on actuals. This will be a self-catered villa with the assistance of a caretaker.
