Indulge in fun activities such as dirt biking, paintball and river rafting at Lavasa (7 km) - Spread over 4 acres, this private pool villa, located 10 minutes away from Lavasa city, has a swimming pool overlooking the waters of the dam and a cricket pitch, both just 10 mins away. The breathtaking views of the dam from all the rooms are bound to leave you captivated. Home Layout: -Ground Floor: Outdoor gazebo, 1 bedroom (with ensuite washroom) and 2 powder washrooms -First Floor: 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite washrooms and private balconies -Second Floor: Living room and 1 bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) - Terrace: Open area with a sit-out and a powder room. - Pets charges are Rs. 500 per pet per day. A refundable deposit may also be applied - Savour authentic meals including local dishes like Pithla Bhakri, Batata Vada, etc. - Meal package is Rs.1200 for Veg & Rs.1500 Plus for Non-Veg (Tax exclusive) per person per day. Fish and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost which is payable at actuals. -Orders for the meal and meal charges and the security deposit has to be paid online, 48 hours before check-in. -This villa is perfect for a digital detox near Mumbai and Pune as there is no wifi here and the network connectivity is very weak due to its offbeat location. -The swimming pool timings are 8:30 am to 7 pm. Note : The swimming pool of Riverdale is a 5 minute walk from the villa but within the property. There is a vehicle at the villa that can take the guests there who can be duly accompanied by the caretaker. The pool has a gorgeous view of the Varasgaon dam, so don't worry, it's worth the short walk.
