The property is a newly constructed with 9 Apartments and opened in July 2023. All apartments are rented out on a daily, weekly and monthly stays for tourists, students and family couple or business visits. Only couples with proper identification (married or unmarried), Singles and families are allowed. Very Safe area and ideal for couples, families and solo travelers. You can feel like your own home, and we assure you will remember your stay and will be comfortable. We have made all necessary arrangements required for short stays. The main aim is to serve people who visits Palakkad for tourism/business/sports events/marriage party/festivals etc., unmarried couples are allowed only with valid documents and with pre conditions. Guests can enjoy food deliveries and eateries which is only 200 meters away from the building and also free home delivery available. We have hot water facility, water kettle, iron box /table available,refrigerator. Cooking facility and washing machine available and can be arranged if requested early without additional charge. The apartment is located in a housing colony and very safe for families. All amenities (Petrol pump, ATM, Supermarket) available within 200 meters.
I am a NRI.The apartments were newly constructed and managed by Mr. Ashraf , property manager and the apartment is next door to my in laws house. You can enjoy your stay (a kind request to guests, please don't smoke inside apartments (smoking area available outside)and kindly avoid renting our apartment for partying purpose as it's a family apartment).Alcohol consumption allowed only onside the apartment privately and not disturbing other guests.Additional cleaning charges if apartment are left dirty (Vomiting, food waste etc) Enjoy your trip and i assure our team will do every thing possible to make your stay remembered
The apartment is in the heart of the Palakkad town. KSRTC Palakkad bus station is only 800 meters away, District Hospital, Civil station, District Collectorate/Treasury, Victoria College, Mercy college, Kanikkamatha School, Fort Maidan, Prasanna Lakshmi auditorium, all within 1 square km. Malampuzha Gardens is 8 kms from the apartment. Kanjikode industrial area is 11 kms ( 20 minutes drive) . Nelliyampathy/ kollengode is 45 kms away and Coimbatore city is 55 kms.Lulu hypermafket (4kms), medical college ( (3 kms).
