Located in a calm and peaceful residential area. The property is fully furnished and has all facilities of a home including cooking with required utensils, oven & fridge. This place is suitable for families. Since it is a residential area, disturbances to the surrounding community with loud partying beyond 10 p.m. and excessive noise are not allowed. We do not entertain unmarried couple and guests with local ID's. Smoking & rave parties are not allowed.
