KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with all cooking essentials, microwave, oven, refrigerator, crockery, and cutlery. - Light Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES -Please note that the property has a total of 7 rooms. Depending on the listing booked, guests will have access to either 5, 3, or 2 rooms, while the remaining rooms may be occupied by other guests. However, guest privacy will not be disturbed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
