OUR PROPERTY IS LICENSED BY KARNATAK GOVERNMENT UNDER DEPARTMENT OF TOURSIM The location from katapadi national highway junction 4kms ( 6 to 7 min drive) from malpe beach 16/18kms ( 30 min drive). from mattu beach 8 kms ( 15 min drive). from manipal 8 kms ( 12 to 15 mn drive) from udupi city 10kms ( 15 min drive) It is unique property built with natural stone and with a great view of sunrise from the villa. The property is 3 bedrooms fully furnished with all the amenities similar to modern villa.

Neighborhood info

From the hustle bustle of city life to peaceful calm surrounding with trees and with layout neighborhoods and it is only 6 kms from city center. The guest will enjoy Beautifull surrounding with view of mountain and view of sunrise from the verandah of cottage villa with natural breeze of fresh air and with mesmerizing sound of birds the guest will enjoy it. We have built a birds and animal sanctuary for the guest to relax and enjoy the stay. and also, we have additional facilities for playground and open kitchen to enjoy barbeques. We have 24 hrs. water and electricity equipped with generators and also caretaker available @ site.
