The property is located at a place called kotyura srikot near Binsar Bird Scantuary on the way to Binsar.This is a thematic property and will give you a village's feeling amid the forest.The property is surounded mainly by pine trees as well as with some deodar trees.The property has 2 wodden cottages in which one is double floor wooden cottage and three rooms in a house.We do our best to make you comfortable and feel like home with organic vegetables from our farms. The property also offers a very good view of the himalyan peaks like Trishul/Om Parvat,Nanda Devi peak ,Nandakot and Mrigthuni. you can see different different species of birds around the homestay. In cold nights when the bornfire is lit, it creates an atmosphere which gets permanently registered into cherish cell of your brain. It's a place worth its value and definitely deserves re-visit.
