We follow a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis.

Drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting.

Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises.

Our cafe serves vegetarian food with self-service culture and operates 8 AM–2 PM and 6 PM–11 PM (timings may vary)

Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited across all properties. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated common areas and private rooms, while smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises. Violation of any of the above policies may attract a penalty of ₹2,000 per incident, and repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without any refund.

For group bookings of 2+ guests, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain suited for young travellers, and does not permit guests below 18 years of age, even with legal guardians.

The property is pet friendly, and we allow pets only in private rooms (not dorms). Any damages are attributable to the pet owners.

Visitors are allowed only in common areas between 9 AM and 9 PM and are not permitted inside rooms.

Female dorms are strictly for female guests only.

Local IDs are accepted.

Limited parking is available on-site subject to availability (up to 15 cars).

Silent hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 8 AM.

This property follows scheduled energy-saving periods to support responsible energy consumption.

Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be temporarily unavailable from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be unavailable from 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

To ensure guest comfort, air-conditioned common areas will remain accessible during the dormitory room energy-saving hours.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
