TungaTeera Homestay is located 3.5km from Sringeri town by vehicle (10 mins drive). It is just 1.5km by walk from the temple. It offers limited rooms for pilgrims visiting the temple town. The rooms will be rented exclusively for families visiting the temple for Darshana and Akshara Abhyasa. Pilgrims can comfortably sit in the balcony and watch the cattles grazing, children playing games in the wide playground in front of the rooms. Note : Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. No Smoking and Drinking at the premise.

A friendly family will welcome you at the doorstep. Host family lives in the ground floor. The rooms are in 1st floor. The rooms will be exclusively provided on 1st come 1st serve basis. There is no bias in this regard.
