CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY

• Check-in / Check-out Timings: The check-in time for guests is 1400 hrs and check-out time for guests is 1100 hrs. Early check-in and delayed check-out may attract additional charges.

• CP – Continental Plan – Includes Room Stay & Buffet Breakfast. MAP – Modified American Plan - Includes Room Stay, Buffet Breakfast & One Major Meal ( Lunch / Dinner) AP - American Plan - Includes Room Stay, Buffet Breakfast ,Lunch & Dinner

• All our resorts reserve the right to carry out any renovation and up – gradation, as deemed necessary. The resort is at their absolute discretion to make the decision. In this situation we will do our best to notify the clients accordingly.

• Guests are required to carry a vaild identity proof and produce the same at the checkin. Please bring along with you the same identity proof you have entered while booking for verification at the hotel.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

• In order to avoid credit card frauds, guests are requested to note the following: In case the booking is made using credit card, guests are requested to carry the following documents at the time of Check In: If the Credit card holder is the guest or one of the guests, then the credit card will have to be produced at the time of Check In. If the Credit Card holder is not one of the guests, then a copy of the credit card (both front and back), self-attested by the credit card holder should be produced at the time of Check In. In addition to this, it is also required to produce a letter, signed by the credit card holder, authorizing the use of the credit card for the booking of the room. The letter should mention the names of the guests, date of travel, property and room type. This letter, along with the self-attested copy of the credit card will have to be submitted at Check In desk. At the time of submitting the credit card copy, please ensure that the CVV number on it is blacked out. (CVV Number is a three-digit number at the reverse side of the credit card, at the end of the signature panel). In case the above documents are not produced by the guests, Hotel reserves the right to deny the reservation. In such case no refund (except for the taxes) will be given to the guest. In case of erroneous / inadequate / misleading information given while booking ,

• Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any intimation. Guests are required to carry a valid identity proof and produce the same at the check-in. Please being along with you the same identity proof you have entered while booking for verification at the hotel. : it could be your Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card

Cancelation of bookings between the period of 18th Dec 2022 - 10th Jan 2023 will be Non - Refundable

Hotel Terms & Policy

- Early morning arrivals will be allotted rooms on availability, if not blocked from the previous night, for which an extra nights charge will be levied.

- Late check-outs can be facilitated on an extra cost and will be subject to availability.

- The Tariffs/Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Child Policy

- Child below 5 years is complimentary in the room

- Child between age of 5 to 11 years will be charged Rs 1,500/- per night (An extra mattress / bed will be provided in the room)for a Thus, the number of children between 5 to 11 years will have to be mentioned n children slot on the Reservation Details Form

- Child of 11 years and above will be considered as an adult and will be charged Rs. 2500/- per night. (An extra mattress / bed will be provided in the room)

Above child rates not valid from 20th December 2022 to 4th January 2023,

Note: 3 Adults or 2 adults + 2 children will be accommodated in any guest room

Outside food and beverages is not allowed in the hotel premises

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
