There are 3 bedrooms each with attached bathrooms and located on various levels. There is a kitchen which can be used with its own living/common spaces. There is plenty of natural light and ventilation, space and good circulation. Hello! Before you make the booking please note: All payments are to be paid entirely at the time of booking for us to confirm the reservation. So please only make the booking if you are comfortable with this :) **Home-made traditional breakfast is brought to you in a tiffin carrier!

Hello! I live on the property as well, i'm an enterpreneur and architect. I spend most of my time working with my team and curating this community space, as we try to do something new here every month! I still practice as an architect, so i keep myself pretty busy! I try to find breaks inbetween to travel, and i am always driven by things design related.

Vettaths is spacious, earthy, non-fussy, clean and well organised. The house is located at a cul-de-sac, surrounded by greenery. This space was designed to make you feel at home. It features shared spaces with a pleasant atmosphere, including two kitchens. Things at Vettaths are done in an efficient, honest and spontaneous way, where community, talks and exchanges of ideas are valued. We are trying to encourage community living by creating a space that is comfortable, safe and interactive. Our common spaces are used as co-working spaces during the week days as well. We host workshops, movie screenings an talks every month for our community. Vettaths is constantly evolving and we are always open to new ideas/ initiatives for the space. Note: Drinking Alcohol, smoking and eating is NOT ALLOWED in the rooms. The common spaces are occupied by vettaths team, coworkers and other visitors from Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, therefore drinking alcohol in the common spaces can't be done during these hours. But after 6pm, if our guests want to have a drink or two and have a relaxed evening, that is welcome as long as they are mindful of other guests in the space. Vettaths is not a place where we allow drinking parties. Depending on the room available/ selected you may have to climb either one, two or three flights of staircases.  With that said, we invite you to take a tour of the space and the specifics. Kindly be informed that we do not provide caretaker services, and the Vettaths team will be present only on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM The house will have other coliving guests if rooms are booked and the team will be reachable over phone if any issues.
