The bedrooms are equipped with bespoke hand chosen beddings, pillows, quilts and tasteful furnishings of the highest grade. We place a special emphasis on hygiene, and provide Branded toiletries (Just Herbs - Herbal, Organic), Fresh towels, Pressure showers, Sanitized Washrooms and Microwave Sterilized Crockery. Daily cleaning services for rooms is also provided.

Usually me and my cat are available, with my parents shuttling to-and-fro between the mountain's and plains. We also have a caretaker, who lives on-site (completely separate quarters on ground floor) to manage household chores, ensuring a seamless experience. Facilities and House Rules: Please note that Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms or upper patio areas; designated smoking is allowed only in the outdoor courtyard and driveway. If you plan to bring a dog, please contact us in advance, as we’ll need to keep our cat indoors to avoid any accidents. In addition to basic essentials, if required we can provide: - We can accommodate upto 1 driver @ Rs400. (Bed, quilt, attached toilet) Driver cannot sleep in the car. - Pick-up and Drop service from the railway station🚅/airport✈️: We can guide you on reasonable rates and share the phone number of experienced drivers familiar with the hills. - Renting Scooties & Bikes🛵: Incase you feel a bit more adventurous , we can help connect you for availing the services. - Local Sightseeing Itinerary: We can share a list of activities and places of interest, such as Boating⛵, Trekking Trails, Kayaking🚣, and Birdwatching🕊️. - BBQ facility along-with cook🔥: Available at an additional cost @ Rs. 1500. We will help provide for the coal, cook and BBQ set and skewers. You will have to source the raw materials yourself, we would be happy to help marinade it free of cost. - Menu's of Local Cafe's/Restaurants for home delivery. We can recommend a list of 'simply must try' dishes of each restaurant. - You are visiting a hill station. Due to presence of wild animals 🐆🐺🐵, we recommend you to please keep your pets 🦮😺🐰🐢 indoors after sunset.
